The company never provided an itemized list for the work they Did. We paid upfront for the work There was an unexpected cost that should have been a known cost when they measured the square footage. All they had to do was lift up the heater vent in floor to see that there was 1/4 in. Plywood over the sub flooring. They said it would be around $1500.00 and after the work was done they came up with $3400.00. When we objected the price kept changing and there were lots of excuses as to why they made miscalculations. They also never provided an itemized statement for any of the work. Dispute filed with the BBB.

People were very helpful and friendly. They recommended a very good installer who completed the job in a timely way. He offered to do some extra things that helped complete the project
