Highly professional, polite. Written estimate. Fixed more issues than the written estimates. Definitely beat my expectation. Price very fair compared with similar material and labor quality. Didn't try to sell more than I needed. I will definitely use them again.

They were on-time, courteous, and did an excellent job on the roof and cleaned up all debris when the job was complete. John Hardy, the sales manager, was very helpful and worked with the insurance adjuster in evaluating the old roof. I highly recommend Melon Systems for any roofing needs..

The job took a while to complete due to the heatwave in Summer 2011, but the guys did a good job. It looks good and the roof has held up in recent rain, hail, and high winds. Only problem is I keep finding nails 8 months after the job; no flat tires, though.

Mr. Melton was courteous and professional. I needed assistance with some roof repair and he had a tech out the same day as my quote. They quickly completed the repair and the price was very reasonable. When it comes time to replace my whole roof, I will use them again without hesitation.

Was on time both occasions and did what he said. I felt comfortable with his work although what he actually did seemed a tad high for the amount of time involved. He did what the others only promised.
