They repaired the Front Exterior Faucet the same day in which i requested the quote. Since the Quote was on the Friday before my pay day (Monday) they took a post-dated check. The faucet works great now. They ordered parts to repair my rear exterior faucet rather than charging me for a full replacement. We are now just waiting for the parts to come in so that they can repair the rear faucet. The plumbers are friendly and easy to talk to and willing to work with the clients. Other plumbers told me that i had to completely replace the fixtures, whereas Merastone said that that they could be repaired which saved me a lot of money.

Shawn was punctual, personaalable and professional. He explained what needed to be done and then explained what he was doing as he completed the service. The service was reasonably priced. The work area was left in a clean fashion.

Quickest call back when I put out the request for an estimate, best quote, showed up on time and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. Answered all questions, and cleaned as he worked. Hire the best, skip the rest, is how I feel about this company, Thanks again, Jeff

He showed up when expected. He was very courteous and professional. Though the job took a little longer than the two hours it was probably because the day before I wanted to change to a smaller water tank than requested earlier and he had to pick it up. Overall I was completely satisfied with the service and the water tank.
