Service was very good. After several weeks, I am questioning the quality of the sod. There are several weeds growing and a few brown spots in grass.

Contractor did not follow through as agreed. Changed sod from St. Augustine to Bahia, but did not refund the difference in cost. Did not paint clear picture on how different the sods would look, now they are blended poorly. Owner was responsive on the front end, but became unresponsive once paid. As a consumer, I do not want to hear repetitive excuses, or be ignored...Just figure it out and come through on what was agreed to! The business owner was nice enough, but appears to be in over his head. I would not recommend Merchant Business Solutions.

Brandon was quick to respond and worked to meet my limited budget. His team arrived the very next day and completed the job in the rain. They did a great job, very professional, very polite crew.
