The lady who did our initial cleaning did an outstanding job. We've only had our initial cleaning with the next scheduled this week, but so far so good. I plan on having them come twice a month at this point. I do feel the service is a bit expensive, $40 more than my last cleaning service, but they were a small, local company that apparently went out of business. If the cleaning performance continues to be on par with the first visit, I would rate them all "5's" across the board.

There was work completed but not to my full expectation. mainly the floors. I was told they would set the self cleaning oven and clean it before leaving, I was surely disappointed with that. Maybe my expectations were to much, if so I need to know. On the up side, both Merry Maids were friendly and polite.

First cleaning was excellent! One time cleaning price is a bit high but value is great when purchasing a 6 month contract with weekly cleanings.

We were expecting 2-4 people to come and do a deep clean; however, only one came. My wife was disappointed; however, the service was good.

Stated in the contract that the maids would dust all knickkacks and all furniture. None of this was done in the master bathroom. In the kitchen and dining area, they mopped and then put the chairs back in before the floor was dry. This left marks and fuzz on the wood floor. They did not dust the vents in any part of the house. We paid for a thorough spring cleaning and we did not receive it. I will never use them again.
