Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System

The tech that came out was inconsiderate and walked through the house without booties. He seemed unsure about how to diagnose the problem with my a/c unit. It would have been helpful if he would describe what the problem parts did as he worked. I had to call him back twice to fix the float switch which up until today has not been replaced.the tech had me cut the wires and splice them together to get the air to cool and thus bypassing a crucial component of the system.i will hire a different tech to install the device.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE!!!!! My experince with metro a/c started and ended on a bad note. 1. On Service majic it says that vists and estimates are free. not true. It cost 39 dollars for a vist. 2. I set a time for a repair man to come to the house at 9:00 am. I had to work so my 2 young kids and wife where are home waiting. At 9:30 my wife call me and tells me they are not here yet, so i call and ask what is going on. I am told the driver will be there in 45 min. So my wife and kids wait in the house for another hour and calls me again. I again call and again am told 45 min. this cycle happens every hour until 4pm.
