Michael was great to work with . We decided to caulk and paint the exterior of our house late in the season, very late. He had to schedule around the rain and did a great job. He was very responsive to our phone calls and always got right back to us if we had to leave a message. His crew did a great job. His bid was the best, great value for the money.

I wish are exterior paint turned out better then what we wanted. It doesn't seem like there was much prep work, the outside is already bubbling on some areas. We went with this company cause he was the lowest bid and had a 10 year warranty. Hopefully when he comes back out he will do it right the second time so we can post a better rating.

We are very happy with the paint job. My only exception is that we have been trying to get them to replace the glass cover to our back deck exterior light fixture that disappeared while the painters were doing their clean up and final on the back of the house. He says he will come and wants to make it right but never shows when he says he will.

The work was good quality, It just took a lot of coordinating to get it all done. ( Michael has lots of jobs going all at the same time.) The weather interupted the schedule also.
