Michael called shortly after I contacted Home Advisor. He seem pleasant. Got an appointment in 4 days time. He was late arriving. Took about 10 minutes to assess problem with overhead bathroom fan/light fixture. He said he would get a new kit & take the pieces from that. Asked price & was told $150 if just replaced parts or around $300 for a whole new fixture. He was gone for well over a 1/2 hour.Said he had to make an extra stop. Back to work it took about 1/2 hour to clean receptacle, parts & repair. Cleaned the area well. Unfortunately he told me it was $210 for the job. That's $60 higher than quoted. Not so pleased! Will try again!

Didn't do everthing we had discussed. The way we left it was to pull all new wires to the bathroom, rewire it as well as addind two new outlets. only the outlets are done. I thought the price was a liitle steep. $415.00 for 2 oulets. On top of all that his journayman drilled right into existing wirers. How I know, fresh E tape on really old wires.

In spite of bad weather Michael arrived as scheduled, offered suggestions for improvement of the minor electrical work that I had to have done prior to planned sale of my home, and charged a reasonable price for the work. Who could ask for more than that!

Mike did a fine job. Had some issue after he left, but he came back the very next day to fix a problem that the previous owner or electrician screwed up.
