Project: Repair or Partially Replace a Wood Fence
We had to keep re-scheduling the job due to other circumstances, but in the end, I am very happy with the results. I would hire him again if necessary with another project in the future.

Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Interior Surfaces
Michael did a terrible job painting three rooms in my house. He got paint on the floors and didn't clean it up, he didn't bring his own supplies (Of course I expected to pay for paint, but I also I had to buy rollers, drop cloths, brushes, and tape.This added about $100 to the cost of the estimate he gave me.) and he didn't paint straight lines where the wall met the ceiling. There are a bunch of patchy spots where the old paint shows through. He didn't even tell my husband he was leaving, just left without a word or any clean up. My husband thought he'd gone to get something from his truck. Unprofessional and messy. Don't hire this guy.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding
He is willing to help in all aspects of the job. Has he's tools and truck available for pickup and delivery of goods. Well worth the money so far. Job is still in progress will report back on completion.
