The service was on a rental home I own out of town. The serviceman showed up 4 hours late with no call. I was supposed to receive a full bid write-up prior to installation with the specifics on the water heater they intended to install--none was sent. After the install, I was immediately contacted by the company to pay over the phone, but I hadn't even been sent an invoice--they gave it to my tenant. They scheduled a follow-up visit with the City Inspector without first contacting me, so schedules had to be changed to accommodate.

They responded promptly to my contact information and were able to come out that early afternoon to replace our service shut-off valve that had sprung a leak. I was given 2 quotes. One for a repair of the valve and one for replacement of the valve. I chose the replacement after he explained benefits of each option. He was very knowledgeable, answered my questions, and did a professional job. He also replaced a kitchen shut-off valve at my request. Very courteous and helpful. Thank you!
