-Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing to Help Build Six Arundel Habitat Homes in 2008

-On May 16, 2007, the executives of Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing visited the USO OF Metropolitan New York to present them with a check for $45,000 from a campaign that was done to support the men and women of our Armed Forces

-Tsunami Relief-Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing donated $40,500 to the Catholic Relief Services for Indian Ocean Tsunami rebuilding efforts in June 2005

-Donations have also been made to the United Way to aid the Katrina relief effort in Louisiana.

They do not return phone calls. Finally someone came by to look at pipes still leaking they installed and was told they have to come back to do the repair. Why did I take off from work? Cleanup after the job was a little sloppy, and plastic barrier along walls could have been put behind plumbing pipes instead of over top of them to make it easier in case you have to ever replace plumbing.

Everything went well. We were satisfied with the results. Mid-Atlantic should have a worker who speaks English well enough to answer any questions the homeowner may have. Had to call the main office to ask any questions we had because none of the workers understood us.

Mid-Atlantic bumped their schedule to accommodate our flood emergency, were professional, courteous, and completed the job quickly. Moreover, they were thoughtful when it came to tracking in and out of the house, as well as leaving the work area tidy.

The scores for this contractor would be all 5's except for the basement started leaking after the work was completed, so i am waiting for a service call later this week to hopefully resolve this problem, and I hope it doesnt cost me anymore.

I was threaten by John, who refused to give his last name, with a lean on my house if I did not open my door for technicians after speaking with the sales rep. to RESCHEDULE for another date. The pump has been running none stop with no water dischared (reported 3 time without action) and I'm still waiting on the State inspector inspect the work performed. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had. I would not recommed this company to my worse enemy. If it were not for Mark Arledge and respectful crew, I would have cancelled the job all together. They receive 2 stars, one for Mark and one for the crew. The overall product stinks

Mid-Atlantic said what they were going to do and then did what said they were going to do, quickly and professionally. I was not there during the work. Upon inspection I found their work better than I had expected. Good job. I would recommend.

The salesman was very nice and supportive but the manager at the office was not very helpful. In fact he acted like he was upset if you had to call to ask question. One time when I called he promised to call me back as I was waiting and he never called me back so I wasn't sure if they would work at my house that day. The workermen were very nice and explained things as they went along or if I had a question about anything. Over all the service was pretty good could have been great if they had cleaned up better.
