Sorry to say,but I'm a hard nose guy and expect too get what I pay for.The thing is there wasn't any problems ,I experience with Mid-State Pool Liners.The crew and Supervisor on the job new what had to be done without me even saying anything.Quality of the work that was done was 2 my satisfaction .I personally know about pools,but these guy's were great.No BS they work hard and I got what I paid for .(Seriously)...Benny

Individuals who came to the house to do the work were friendly, professional, did a good kob. However, we had significant difficulties dealing with the office staff. We also needed decking work, Mid-State told us they would work with anyone we found. However, they did not. We had weeks of delay due to lack of communication, insistence by Mid-State that the concrete contractor do things a certain way to benefit Mid-State at contractor's expense. Was very frustrating. In the end, concrete was laid per contractor's normal process, liner installed by Mid-State with none of the predicted doom and gloom. But we will never use Mid-State again

Dave, the owner, came to my house within a couple of day of my original request for a quote. The pool was closed, as it was still wintertime, but he opened up a corner to check out what we were working with. Then he came into my home, went over liners, steps, and other concerns I had. He explained things in laymens terms, as I'm far from a pool expert. When we picked out our liner, and it was time to do the project, his crew did a professional job, and they were finished in one day. All while saving the majority of my water! These guys meant business.

TOP NOTCH!! The team showed up yesterday-they worked like a well schooled drill team. Pool cover removed; water quickly pumped into 3 holding tanks; old liner removed; replaced foam along sides; vermiculite applied; coping painted; replacement liner installed; refilled pool; cleaned up and departed! One day operation - Fast, efficient and professional. Highly recommended!

The owners of this family owned business were involved in the estimating and setting things in motion. They were extremely considerate in getting my liner installed in time for my daughter's bridal shower which was very important to me. The crew that installed the liner were very experienced, clean in their workmanship and left the yard as if no one was ever there. The Mid State Pool Liner team is everything that I could have hoped for in accomplishing this overwhelming project. Thank you all for your professionalism and compassion! I would highly recommend them and recently did just that to a family member.

They were very proffessional and efficient. They cleaned up very well after themselves. They were done about 4 1/2 hours after starting and we are very well satisfied.

There was a little stress on my part we had an appointment that got cancelled due to issues with a project they were working from the prior day so I had to be scheduled when they had an opening. Then the next 2 dates were rescheduled due to uncooperative weather, but they were doing there best to get my project done asap and it finally happened. Considering my concerns for getting the job done they were very pleasant and as helpful as possible. They had to pull back the liner to fix the shifting pool wall which the got back in place and sealed. The liner was put back in place near perfect. We are very pleased with the work they had done.
