Donnie called right away, came out to assess the issue promptly, was able to make a few adjustments initially to get heat back into my house. He recommended fixes that I could afford and made sense to do. He returned with the parts and installed them quickly and cleanly. I recommend Midwest Climate Control to anyone who wants a truly knowledgable professional to address their problems.

Don from Midwest Climate Control called about my service request almost instantly and we scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, he had several "no heat" calls on the scheduled service day which had him running behind. I wasn't able to keep waiting for him, so we agreed he would come the following day instead. He and his helper were courteous and respectful; my furnace was inspected, cleaned and pronounced "working fine"! Don is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

Estimate was given within 12 hours. I received call to verify time and he arrived precisely on time. Installation was done next day and area was left cleaner than when it was prior to their work. Follow up was just as prompt.
