I've used this company for repairs on my old heat pump for years. I was very happy to see that they were the company referred by home advisor. They are prompt, courteous and have kept my heat pump working far longer than it normally would have. It's time for a new one and Millers is the company that I want to do the work.

Everyone was very polite and courteous, and showed up on time. They cleaned up fairly well after the heat pump installation. The insulating wrap around the tubing from the unit into the house is already split, however. We were able to use a coupon to receive a discount and the prices seemed fair. Very nice people.

Was not overly impressed with the tech who did the removal and install of the furnace. The pump ran non stop after install, turned out to be a manufacture issue with the HVAC. Customer service was very helpful and sent different technician the next day. He identified and fixed issues, replaced and painted trim work around furnace that had been removed by first technician. Rough start but finished well. I would recommend Miller's Heating and Air.
