IRecommend that you mark off specific areas and make sure measurements in contract match before signing. Also, be aware of any disclaimers that might be made re: Damage to your property, electrical lines, etc. You should hold contractors responsible for any damages that occur. Check out at least three of his references. Milton Construction says they do cleanup at job completion and all stone and sand was left in pile at marshes behind my house. Company laid nice patio, but you need to stay sharp with them (especially if you are a woman.)

Milton Construction completed our porch tile floor and steps in a timely fashion and with great attention to detail. We received excellent workmanship and a very competitive price. We recommend Milton Construction for any masonry work to be completed.
