Very responsive. On time. Job to connect TV antenna cable and ethernet cable. I wanted the cables hidden, they were run through the front of the monitor. Unfortunately I wasn't home at the time, otherwise I would have insisted that they were run behind the monitor. It should have been self-evident since my main reason in hiring this company was to remove the cables unsightly place to begin with. My handyman fixed the problem (for a small fee).

Project: Replace existing outdoor antenna Quick, efficient and at a fair price! From initial contact to completing the project, it all went smoothly. Marcos is knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He arrived on schedule, installed the requested antenna, and confirmed reception of 60+ channels (more than from old antenna) on our smart-tv (now getting stations from Chicago, 14 miles away, and Milwaukee! We will use AV-Techs (Marcos) again for an internal wiring project. Obviously we had a good experience and highly recommend AV-Techs.
