derek johnson did on time and under budget he said it would take charged for replacing ele. panel and put two 20 amp. outlets down stairs then i had him come back two wks. later other outlets basement that shorted out but i didnt know why derek trouble shooted found there was a lose wire upstairs from over load because he had only 15 amps down stairs where he should have had 20 amp. that he changed he was never up stairs when he did panel he is good house could have burnt down would hire him again iam again i told him in a few wks.i need to come put two more 20 amps up stairs you always need a good ele. and plumber and contractor .

On time, did a superb job (actually took care of some finish work that was not included in the estimate at no additional charge), work completed in a timely manner, very freindly and polite.

Derek is not only the owner of the company, but also does all of the work. Based on the outcome he takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable. When he came out for the estimate, he explained what needed to be done, how he was going to do it and the current codes. Once the project was complete, I could not even tell that he was there...Would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Of the three bids I received for the job Derek was the most courteous and straight forward. His price was not the lowest bid yet I liked him. He used quality parts for the best overall safety witch the job required. I would certainly recommend him to others and will be calling him again for more work in the future.
