The true test of a good contractor-partner is how they respond to the unexpected and how they handle their mistakes. Miracle did a great job for us. When, after tearing out some wall boards, they discovered unexpected framing rot, they quickly repaired it, adding a reasonable additional charge. When they inadvertently began to install the wall tile incorrectly, they understood our concerns, took our suggestions, and fixed it correctly, even pulling down several pieces of tile and reinstalling them the right way at no additional cost. They were not the lowest bid, but they offer excellent full service (design-demolition-install). Very Happy!

They did an amazing job with our bathroom remodeling, taking a 1.5 to a 2 with an amazing amount of flexibility for our family. Their have an acute sense of design that made the finished products looking fantastic for our home. If you want your bathroom to look amazing, go no further as this company will do it!

They did a great job remodeling our hallway bath and we hired them back to remodel our master bath. The only thing I'm not 100% happy with them is that they did not get all the materials ready before they started each project as they told me. But they are flexible and friendly.

Not only do they do quality work, they are also caring people that go the extra mile to make the customer happy. They worked with me to stay within my budget, and helped me make outstanding choices for the remodel of both of my bathrooms. Thank you for recommending them. I had never heard of them and would not have chosen them, but I will definitely choose them again.

They did great work and were very good up until the end of the project. Then it fell apart. Contractor didn't come when promised, didn't call, project kept getting delayed. We had them do two bathrooms, install lights in our kitchen and new tile in our entryway. The tile in the entryway came out higher then the floors it adjoined and the threshold they put on was terrible, had to be changed twice and I'm still not happy with it. They tiled over the top of hardwood without asking us if we wanted that removed first or letting us know how much higher this floor would be. Not happy at all with the entryway.

Did for two bathrooms for us....within our budget, making us very happy. Before hiring Miracle Design and Renovation; we called around and got told we would have to drive our measurements into other contractor offices, to get estimates; we got treated proper, by them. We had a great experience; colors we are happy and ever so pleased, and we knew it was all accurate to size, being the professionals that they are. The crew, are polite and kind; felt comfortable around them, they kept all tidy. We would hire them again, and each and often refer them often.
