Javier was very professional and knowledgeable about what it was going to take to get my deck back into shape. Javier thought that he was not going to be able to keep our appointment time. He called to let me know (which unfortunately you don't see that courtesy that much anymore) which I really appreciated. He kept the appointment, analyzed the condition of the deck, listened to what I expected, and made some recommendations. When the deck color didn't turn out as I had hoped (my fault entirely), he came to the house within 30 minutes of my call to see what he could do. I had him re-stain the deck to a better color. A great experience.

Javier was incredibly prompt and comminucative. I was able to negotiate with him on the price, but not too much as I needed this done in a hurry. This was my first experience with Service Magic and I am impressed. he called me within 5 minutes of submitting my request, had me an estimate that night, and finished the job in a few days. I could not be happier. He had some great suggestions and you can tell he knows what he's talking about. Thanks again!
