I would review the planned work with each contractor to ensure a meeting of the minds as to what to be done, and any exclusions should be specifically indicated, before making a selection.

Misha provides quality workmanship and expert advice at a reasonable cost. All extras were priced extremely fairly, and time was taken so that every aspect of the remodel was done well.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
This was the only contractor who provided us with a very detailed spreadsheet in which material and labor were priced for each item and task in the renovation. His prices are very reasonable. His team of workers (his own electrician, plumber and framers drywallers) are knowledgeable and courteous. In general, we have the sense of a great team work. They showed up everyday since the beginning of the project and every day the progress was amazing. They did not give us a calendar, they just tried to do everyday as much as possible to speed up the project. The owner of the firm coordinates them very well and gave us extras ideas.

Misha and his team were very courteous, prompt and honest. His prices were reasonable and they spent a great deal of time in the cold weather attending to my house! I would highly recommend Misha and his team.
