Carl was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable,efficient and clearly explained what he was doing as he completed the electrical repairs that were needed. I will DEFINITELY be calling Mr. Sparky again, and asking for Carl, when further electrical needs arise.

Electrical person was the first company to show up. The tech took longer to reconnect the wires he took apart because he didn't mak them. This added 1-2 hrs on the job. Also, if I didn't tell him where some of the wires were in the attic, I think he would of been there much longer plus we had to work together during the wires being put back together to tell him what was or wasn't working. I helped figuring it would help with the cost....I was wrong, as it cost me $436.00. They don't tell you what the hourly rate would be as it isn't on their "Menu". I was satisfied that the potential for a fire hazard was taken care of.

We haven't done more than ask him to come give us a quote thus far, but we are very satisfied with this company's quick response to our initial inquiry and follow-up with an inspection and rough estimate. We are now waiting for a formal written quote from them. Qualified electrical contractors seem to be few and far between in this neck of the woods, but Mr. Sparky's name pops up every time I do a search. Fingers crossed that we go forward with working with this contractor once we get at least one or two other competitive quotes so we can compare.
