Dave came over real fast and replaced the missing shingles on our roof. Looks like new again. He even found one that we didn't see and fixed that also! Dave and his crew were very polite and professional, and did a fantastic job.

I had some loose shingles and he came out the next day to repair. I supplied the shingles but after looking at the job, it doesn't appear that he used any of the new shingles and just renailed my old ones. so where did my new shingles go. hmmm

Mr. Mise did something very practical while he was up there. He provided me with pictures of the state of my roof! I was over joyed. And the practice is so sensible, as I am not going to get up there. Mize Construction gets more praise from me for doing so much online and through e-mail. I find talking on the phone and waiting for the postal mail to be frustrating.

Best price, will do everithing attitude, little slow on the delivery and punctual to the contract. Not the best experience, since i had to call and remind and request status update, time and avaialbility. However, Mize did exactly what they put in the contract, despite the fact that I got the impression they will take care of all the problems we discussed at the begining. Even after they finished the job, i still have work to do on the roof. Best price though. Thanks.

Project: Repair a Metal Roof

I asked Dave Mize to assess a roof that was leaking inside through the ceiling and provide me with an explanation of the problem and an estimate for repair. He claimed it just needed some patching here and there. I paid $450. However, the roof continued to leak. 3 - 4 weeks later, I asked Dave to take another look at the roof. In the meantime, my tenant actually told me he had gone on the roof and noticed a significant number of cracks. Coincidentally, Dave told me that he also suddently noticed cracks in the roof that weren't there just 3 - 4 weeks ago. Hog Wash! Then he wanted to charge me more $$ to do addiitonal repairs.
