Carl was great ! Even , as it turned out, to be a very small problem, Carl was very fair. and honest , I am unable to get on the roof myself so he could have made the repair anything he wanted to. I have avery high regard for honesty, and carl has my hightest regard. THANKS CARL. JCY

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
After receiving bids from contractors I chose Morning Star even though it was a smaller company and with less of a track record. The more expensive contrator wanted to do a larger more expensive repair. I hired Morning Star because it was a small job and Carl had identified the same roof damage as the other contractor. The first attempt to repair the leak failed and Carl attempted at no cost to repair the leak. The second attempt failed also, however Carl and his empolyee both came out a third time and at no cost to me repaired a larger area in an attempt to stop the leak. This time the repair was successful. Carl stood behind his work.

Carl is very honest, just needed some caulking on a strip that connects Sunroom with Roof line. Had several other contractors stating I needed a new roof, Carl did not think so, called insurance company, and they agreed with what Carl had to say (but did not tell the insurance company this), Carl seems to be very knowledgeable on types of roof damage and what a justified claim would be with an insurance company. If I have any more problems in the future will be giving Carl a call
