Javier is the BEST! He was very friendly and wanted to please us. He outcome was very professional and neat. He took care of everything in a timely manner. Not the cheapest, but I got what I paid for and trust it was done right the time.

Mr. Electric is not in the business to serve its customers, stay away and find another electrician. After our home was struck by lightning, we chose Mr. Electric to inspect our property in order to file an insurance claim on our damaged items. Contacting and scheduling the inspection was easy and the technician who arrived was polite and professional. Verbally, he agreed that our indoor breaker panel had received a power surge and it was likely due to the recent thunderstorms. Nearly two months later, we still have not received an accurate report of the inspection, have been unable to contact anyone from the company, and have been actively avoided and lied to by Mr. Electric Staff. We are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the hopes of resolving our issues. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, FIND ALTERNATIVE ELECTRICIAN SERVICES.
Response by Mr. Electric of San Antonio: We understand that you were not satisfied with the level of service we provided. According to our customer service representative and our service professional who provided the services, you were dissatisfied because we would not write a statement for your insurance company that you had damage from a lightning strike. Our technician tested the outlets and light fixtures and no damage was found that we could confirm. It was requested by you that we put the claimed damage down on our findings but to do so could be defrauding an insurance company, which our company is not willing to do. We do apologize for the late response time. Our manager has not ?actively avoided? you. Unfortunate family matters did delay our response. Phone calls were returned upon return to the office. We know that you are upset but we cannot put claims down that we did not, or were not, able to find upon inspection.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional:however, I only had him do one of the things I needed done (due to the high cost) Be prepared for sticker shock! VERY expensive.

The work was done very professionally and everything was completely explained to me. They arrived on time and competed the job on time. The company informed me that the electricians would be wearing company badges with their pictures on them. I also received a phone call telling me to expect them.

Excellent all the way around. Got appointment quickly. Very happy with security measures taken by company- calling me to let me know technician was on his way and the technicians name. He arrived in uniform wearing a name badge. Told me what he was going to do to resolve electrical issues and then did it.

Way to expensive for the amount of work that was done.
Response by Mr. Electric of San Antonio: We work very hard to have competitive prices without sacrificing quality or customer service. We always require signed approval on cost PRIOR TO doing any job to be sure each customer thinks the price is fair. There is no way for us to review this situation since we have no way to know who you are or whether we even came to your home.
