I had a situation that was not repairable at the time because the door was unable to be repaired and I didn't have a new door on site. Since they couldn't fix the issue, they refunded part of the fee.

Project: Clean Gutters and Downspouts
The service was good but the company has a visit charge and a per hour charge. This information was not given to me prior to the techs visit. On the phone I was quoted a flat fee. They did give me a discount which made it close but I would have rather know prior to scheduling the service that the cost could be more.
