The technician that performed our drywall repair was professional and courteous. He was on time and most importantly did a great job on the repair. I would recommend Mr. Handyman to anyone that needs any type of service or repairs on their home.

Project: Repair Cabinets
Estimator should come and look at the job, not over the phone. They did not come the day scheduled, clerical error, they said. When they came, the job that was never completed, they charged more than 2x the estimate, the cabinet face was not done and it looked very cobbled together. I had a carpenter come, he tore out all the work as it was done in an improper order, which was easy to see. The carpenter charged less than 150$, Handyman said they would give me my money back, no call since or money returned. Poor rating deserved for this job.
Response by Mr. Handyman of Kalamazoo-St. Joseph: Communications & Expectations are root of this issue. We try to take repsonsibility for issues that we create and improve. We re-set the schedule only after contacting the customer and explaining that the job previous to theirs had run over. With phone info provided our CSR estimated 1-1.5 hours to do the work. Wrong! Work that day took 3.25 hrs, > the estimated time. Tech presented invoice for time worked which was disputed by the customer saying it was over the estimate. Tried to resolve with customer. In the end customer paid for 1 hour of time and did not provide opportunity to complete job to their satisaction. We regret this outcom

They got out within 24 hours which enabled me to get back into the business of washing clothes. The gentleman was very knwledgeable and had my mater resolved within 30 minutes.

Project: Repair or Replace Section of Seamless Metal Gutters
The staff at Mr. Handyman were prompt and took care of the problem. Although I called infinity first since they put in the gutter helmet originally, they wanted a credit card number prior to the appointment and I did not feel that was an appropriate business practice for a former customer.
