Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
Called Mr. Rooter at 5pm on a Friday to replace our water heater. He was at our house in less than 10 minutes. That is the reason I would recommend them, they were fast and friendly. However, we were charged $450 in labor for the 2 hours they were here. Some of that time was to leave and go get the water heater. Then I was told the price of the repair would be $50 cheaper if I bought a membership advantage contract that would save me 15% on future repairs for $99 more.... That is like buying a car for $15,000 and then being told I could get it for $14,500 if I bought a $1,500 extended warranty. To wrap it up we overpaid for the entire repair

I'm sorry I came across wrong in promoting our Advantage Plan. This is a 3-year plan that will give discounts on future work and specials and it does pay for itself so we try to offer it to everyone. We do strive for excellence. thank you all for your comments that help us in this process.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Great people to have in for the job. I was supposed to get a gate valve on tank for easier flush maintenance, but it was not included. But I would have them do future installs for the quality brand tank and good workmanship, it seems.
