Project: Install a Natural Gas or Propane Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
Professional, showed up as scheduled, his team worked diligently to complete the work. Happy so far. Answered all my questions. Did the work for the agreed cost. Dealt with final punch list items and has responded to my follow up questions in a timely fashion. A few changes to what was agreed upon that were adequately explained and accepted and a day delay in hot water due a missing part only hiccups to the experience I had.

1) He was late for the appointment. 2) The repair person lacks the electricity knowledge. Thus he needs an electrician's help to figure out simple electrical irregularities. 3) He doesn't proactively inform, communicate or advise what he's doing or what the current status of his assessment is unless requested. 4) It took him 2 and a half days to figure out what the issue was with A/C. 5) He says he sent emails to me but I haven't received any email/

Gordon arrived for the appointment ahead of the scheduled time, and got to work immediately. He took the time to educate me on what he was doing and why it needed to be done, - showing me what the issue was (a rodent had chewed through an electric supply wire), and how it could be avoided in the future - which I appreciated very much. Gordon also provided tips on winterization for our ac units too. Overall, quality work, great job, highly recommended.
