Gordon provided immediate services in an emergency - frozen pipes - this winter. A true life saver! He's professional, knowledgeable about what he's doing. Gordon not only fixed the pipes, he helped fix radiant heating system that we did not even know that's problem. Highly recommended!

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
He came ahead of time while a snow storm was winding down. He was friendly, knowledgeable, cleaned up after his work. So far, the repair work seem to have worked out just fine.

This Guy is very friendly nice person to talk, he parked his white big truck on the driveway not only that, but also passed the drive way and parked on the GRASS, in front of the garage. He changed the battery but had a hard time to reset the thermostat and contact the manufacturer for the customer help…..finish the work within an hour but his charge was very high. (even Doctors don’t make that amount of money in one hour) I will never call him for my next repair.

Project: Install a Natural Gas or Propane Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
My Dear Watson plumbing presented the most clear and informative bid on my project to convert from oil to gas heat. The job was done exactly as described with complete expertise. the confidence they inspired was rewarded with a perfect job. Believe me, the word perfect is not too strong here. A better choice cannot be made.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Fixed our gas furnace with a new hot surface ignition module that cost $25 and was installed in in less than 1 hour - bill was $409.30 ! Obviously overpriced. I called and he said that the fee was a fixed fee of $409.30 reagrdless of the time and materials would have been. He never disclosed this pricing on the phone or before he did the work. He also said he would send me back some of the money so that I would be a customer in the future. Never got any money back. STAY AWAY, buyer be ware.
Response by My Dear Watson Plumbing, Heating & Cooling: The cost of the repair included a trip to Willmington to purchase a $200 dollar control board for the furnace which he believed to be the problem since it's what failed before. After speaking with him about this I said I would reinburse him which in truth I forgot about until I saw the review. I have since mailed a check for $100.I still want him to call me in the future but leave the diagnostic to the professional.
