I chose to work in this industry because I enjoy the feeling I get when I go home at night knowing my staff and I actually helped someone feel worry free..

I love working in North Dallas because I find the people here to be about the nicest folks in the country. This is in my opinion the best place in the country to raise a family!.

The three maids came on time for the spring cleaning and each one tackled a major area. The house was finished in the allot 3 hour time. Everything was clean and shiny. I am using one of the maids for a weekly service now.

Customer service was followed up on initially but then fell after the third visit. Initially, the first visit had to be redone. After that on the same day of the cleaning I would have to come home and resweep to pick up the litter that was blown by the vacumm cleaner. Also pick up hair balls through out the house. Had to explain how to remove soap scum in my shower. Lamp shades weren't dusted. I had cameras installed and the last visit none of my counter tops were touched. Enough said......
Response by My Maid Service: To be fair, this client provided her own "green" cleaning products, and they were terrible. Basically, everything that needed to be cleaned, like the showers and countertops she mentions above needed to be elbow greased clean. The chemicals she wants us to use were not really cleaning agents at all. The whole "I had camera's installed" line is very telling. This client was unhappy with follow up customer service because she wanted a heavy cleaning each visit, and wasn't happy with maintenance cleanings. Lamp shades were dusted with tools, but not hand wiped...we can't do that on maintenance cleaning. We are limited by time.

Project: Clean Up Job-site after Construction
We hired My Maid Service for post remodeling clean up (lots of dust everywhere). Have 3500 sq ft house that needed an extreme clean up. My Maid Service was quick, convenient, and customer service was excellent. The crew who cleaned the house were all very professional and spoke english! I could tell they all took great pride in their work. I would hire My Maid Service again and recommend them to family and friends.
