Not a good experience. After our initial meeting, while I was still in the process of getting bids from other landscapers, the owner of Mysteree, Matt, left me a sharp and rather rude message on voicemail. When I returned the call, he apologized so I moved forward with him and another landscape company. I decided to go with Mysteree based on his bid, but then didn't hear from him for two weeks after I told him I wanted to work with him. In the mean time the other company continued to pursue the contract and came down on price. When I went with the other company, Matt sent me a very unprofessional, rude email with a bill for $500!!

Response by Mysteree Innovations, LLC: I prepared a conceptual design after our 1st meeting and didn't get a response from Emily for weeks. After we ironed out the misunderstandings I revised the plan 2 more time to better suit her needs. She Awarded me the job, shook my hand, then asked for more changes. During the 4th design change/bid/contract setup she hired another company w/ no notification. Lesson Learned...get a signed contract

My new front yard looks great! The sod is a rich green color, and the new deck is a great addition to the front of the house. We let Matt choose what shrubs and grasses to put along the house, and we have no complaints. Compared to estimates we recieved from other contractors, we got alot more for the money with Mysteree.

Matt always greets us with a smile and always is eager to help. When presented with the problem, he quickly works to resolve the issue. He is always thinking about the best solution and most efficient. His prices are reasonable and fair. Work is done quickly and cleanly. Cleans up the area after working careful to keep the waiting room neat while working. I would recommend him highly.

Mysteree Innovations was great. He was able to get out right away to give me a quote and his quote was very reasonable. He was also able to start the work immediately and was efficient and got the job done fast. His knowledge for how to make your problem with water drainage was very good, and he consulted with use before he made any changes to the initial quote. I would recommend him and we plan to continue to use Mysteree in the spring.
