I was in a break/fix situation with a broken water pipe so I am not certain if the price is a fair market price or not for the time and materials at hand. The two gentlemen were very courteous and knowledgeable but I have a certain when companies send out a "helper" plumber when clearly only one plumber is needed. That ramps up the billing obviously. The downside: the plumbers were an hour late and I had to call the dispatcher for an update; that is inexcusable. I had to cancel an appointment. Secondly, they need to be better with the post-repair process. This includes cleanup and disposal and it should include dry wall replacement.

Normal procedure is to call if we are late. Since you were a return customer we gave you a great rate it had nothing to do with the additional helper. Keep us in mind for your next project and your pricing will be even better

Never hire them they set home owner up and take their money, and problem wasen't solve, because they had no experience at all.

Response by Narh Plumbing Heating Cooling: Mr. N you have a home that has several violations that are not up to code per DC government, our company strives to provide the best service and tell you what you need, the parts that were replaced on your boiler were not working and you had additional repairs that were needed that you declined. A lot of consumers are looking for free work to be completed and we are not in the business to be robbed as well. Good luck with making those repairs in your building.

The project went exactly as I expected. They showed up on time, and gave me a reasonable estimate. . When they discovered the actual problem, the new price was reasonable as well , given that it involved more work. They showed up early the next day and completed the job. I am very pleased, and would definitely hire the again.

Mr. Davis, the Plumber arrived on time, which is the first order of business when looking for a contractor to do business with. He was organized and not rushed. We did get a chance to talk a bit while he worked and he offered some insights that made sense for what I want to be able to accomplish at my house. The work he did seems thoroughand we haven't had a leak since then. He came to do the business, he was professional and we got the result we wanted. NARH is now in the file as the "go to" plumber for me.

The plumber did a great job. My issue is with the company, not the plumber. When I made the appt, I was informed that because I was having the person come out on a weekend, the service fee would be $125 rather than $69. It was not explained that there would be additional fees, at no time did she explain that there could be a range of fees. I found out after the work was performed and I was handed a bill for more than $300 to snake a drain. As I explained to the company, my anger doesn't stem from the cost, but from the fact that they did an incredibly poor job of explaining what to expect in terms of cost, leaving me suprised at the end.

I apologize if you misunderstand our pricing. You were given a option to have service on a regular work day and you decline. Keep us in mind for future repairs to get additional discounts

Narh heating and plumbing made easy work of correcting what 3 plumbers could not do. They were knowledgeable, prompt, reliable, courteous and efficient (I don't think you can ask for more). They were also quite effective working with me via e-mail. I wasn't in DC and had a family emergency. Nahr took care of everything, sent me photos of the finished job and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Love this company and have already recommended them to my friends in the Beltway!

They did good work without taking too long and cleaned up the work area nicely. They were late and did not call, then again did not call when they were late for revised ETA.
