The project is not done jet; however, they are working even during weekends to finish it as soon as possible. They always made the adjustments I requested from them and accommodate everything to my needs. I am sure the final project will be great!!

Lowest cost, very good value for the money. Initial schedule was a little optimistic, but work was steady and completed in very reasonable time. A few minor problems were quickly corrected to my complete satisfaction. Dave is very diligent in following up with his crew and keeping things on track. Not having to deal with multiple subcontractors is probably his greatest cost and schedule advantage.

They stayed with in the budget. They bailed me out as the other contractors did a pour job. It was an extremely complex project, that everything was so fair off in the work. They came and started to fix the issues, stayed with in the budget. They were on time, communicated will and did a great job. If there were any budget issues, we would talk about It. It looked great when done.
