Hooked up new clothes dryer vent and electrical wires + circuit breaker dual 30 amp 240 volt 1 phase. In addition replaced a bad switch with a new one for the garbage dispolsal in tn kitichen.

the response was quick. the technician was knowledgable and friendly. not only was he on time but he came early after calling to see if it fit my schedule. I am very pleased with the work that was performed. the price seemed fair

This is a family operated business. Bob contacted me immediately after I went to the Home Advisor website to set up an appointment. Rush also contacted me while the 3rd electrician listed didn,t even bother! I already had received several estimates for the replacemnt of my service entrance cables, meter surround, breaker box, etc. all of which I needed to have done to bring the property up to electrical code for a "city of Occupancy" cetificate from Dearborn Heights. Bob gave me a very reasonable quote then emailed it to me. He completed the job in freezing cold temperatures in about 6 hours all the time making sure I had power.

He did not complete the job to my satisfaction and feel he overcharged me.Item 1: Front porch fixtureHe left a gaping hole around my front porch fixture because he could not find the type of fixture that would completely cover the hole left after removing the old fixture. He asked me to hire a handyman to complete the job at my own cost. Or, he would come with a carpenter handyman to complete the job at additional cost to me. He did not tell me about this until the endItem 2: Side light fixtureThe controls were not properly set and he used regular light bulbs instead of floodlights that were there before.I paid him to avoid conflicts
