Wes was very friendly and professional as well as Crystal (assisted with the scheduling). They were easy to reach and answered any and all of our questions or concerns. Wes went over all of the findings and explained the severity. Wes told us to expect our report that same night and we did! We were very satisifed and would definitely use his services again.
