We had Nelly's Service clean our new home before move in. The ladies were very thorough and did a wonderful job, paid attention to details. Nelly was a deight to work with and she really cares and loves her business. We have hired her to come and due a once a month cleaning for us.

Although the schedule changed a few times it was worth being flexible for her and her crew. They did a very thorough job and I hope they continue to do so every 2 weeks.

I hired Nelly's cleaning service but there was a misunderstanding in communication. When she did not show up at the scheduled time of 10AM I called to find out where she was. She thought I had cancelled and said I was no longer on her schedule. I told her that was the only day available for me as it was a Move Out cleaning. She did manage to get a crew to the house late in day, but by the time she arrived, I had most of the major cleaning complete, but the cost was still the same.
