An outstanding job!! We had a phone jack that had stopped working and the phone company said they couldn't fix it to get a new one installed. After twice trying to make appointments with the phone company that never paned out I hired NCT and was so glad I did. He not only installed a new jack that was not easy to do because of the way it had been installed originally. He cleaned up every speck of dust he made. I could tell he takes pride in his work and it shows in the outstanding job he does..

Ralph Seyer did a great job of doing some home computer / telephone networking work in our house. The house was already wired but not really functioning. Ralph would treat the project as if he's working on his own house which was very good to see. He would make suggestions or provide options to keep the costs low and also do the job that's needed to be done. He was prompt or would call with new time of arrival if running late. Overall, very professional and reasonable. I would recommend Ralph.

Ralph called while I was still on-line with my request. He was out at the scheduled time, first thing the next morning and did a better job than I envisioned. We are completely happy with the results.
