There are 2 professionals that you have in your life for a long period of time. One is your doctor and the second is your mechanic. Now you have a 3, your pool guy. Rocky from New England Pools is not just a pool guy. He is a pool doctor. He wants your pool to run great not just for a season, but for years to come. I chose this pro based on his previous ratings as well as his level of experience and overall manner. He was so professional, courtesy, made great recommendations and gave us what we wanted. He also worked like crazy in extremely hot conditions very quickly and effeciently and my pool was up and running within 2 days. He was able to complete the project from start to finish within 2 weeks. Office staff also very nice to deal with....I would highly recommend this very experienced and kind gentleman to anyone

When I called, Anne was so nice and understanding. We had an urgent situation. She said Rocky would get back to me, when he could take a look. He was in the area and came out the next day. He was fabulous. So knowledgeable. He new exactly what to do and he was able to save my liner...AND SAVE ME MONEY :) 2 days later we were pumping water in the pool and everything is great :) WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH ANNE AND ROCKY :) THANKS SOOOO MUCH. :)

New England Pool was a great choice!!! My husband and I bought a home with a pool, in need of a liner replacement and some TLC... we had no idea, what company was the right one for us... through the website we found Rocky and Ann and they were a dynamic duo that did not dissapoint... Right from the beginning Rocky was very thorough going through all of our existing equipment to make sure he was accurate in his initial quote. He also helped us save money by guiding my husband in the right direction on some important foot work, and Ann was always a phone call or email away...If you want five star service and no worries, I recommend NE Pool.
