Jay was very attentive and helpful. His crew was hard-working, neat and efficient. He replaced some siding and paiting whole house and trim. It looks fantastic.

Was prompt and appears to have done good work. However, he came to the house, did the (exterior) repair, without ever contacting me, and give me an invoice after the fact, without discussing a price/quote. He seems to have done good work and the price wasn't far our of range (I would have guessed it was 25-30% higher than expected), but it would have been better form to discuss the repair and agree on a price before hand. The work, however, does appear to be quite good, and it is good to have the work complete.
