I was very impressed by this company. Kevin inspected the property and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The crew, led by Sean, showed up on time, with a full crew and necessary equipment, ready to do the job. They worked all day in very hot temps to finish the job, including clean up. Great job. I highly recommend them.

John gave me much detailed, good advice and even convinced me not to cut down one tree that almost looked dead and told me what to do to save it. Since it was a beautiful, old cherry tree I really appreciated that. He completed the work in a timely, professional manner. It is obvious that he really cares about the trees he works on. He pruned several tress and he really took his time looking them over and deciding what would be best for each tree, His work partner removed several stumps that were in hard to access places and was very careful about not hurting any plantings close by. I will definitely call him and his partner again.

I live out of state and was unable to meet with Kevin in person to discuss tree issues in my sister's yard. Kevin was so patient and explained everything after touring the property. He was great in communicating all issues and concerns and explained why certain trees needed to be cut for safety reasons and which ones could be saved. He sent photos before and after of work done. Very professional. Great price. I am so very happy with the work.

Kevin Hamman of New Urban was one of the most enjoyable people to work with. Since I had the work done remotley, he was able to complete the work quickly and provide pics of the completed work within a few short days. His prices were very reasonable in comparison to others that I had called. Lastly, there was some additioanl work that he could not perform and Kevin made a recommendation that was, like himself, a competent professional who provided recommendations, completed the work quickly and was well within my budget. Thanks Kevin and Greg, I'd hire both you any time!!!!

This pertains to the task of removing two trees, one dead, one still living. Both tall pines. The live one was leaning precariously toward my neighbor's property. The dead one was very brittle. NUF handled the problems with ease. Prompt, courteous, accurate, informative, safe, conscientious, clean, good-natured. That describes the entire crew that worked on this job. I'd hire them again and recommend them to anyone!

I had a fannnnntastic experience with Kevin and his Crew. They were the most prompt and professional of the responses I got to my inquiries. I really enjoyed working with them. They got everything done on time and it looks better than I ever could have imagined my yard to look, not to mention they had the best quote for me. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to do landscaping. They're eco-friendly, knowledgeable, and don't try to have you do work you're not interested in. They were the only company that didn't suggest I take out more trees than I wanted. These fellas really know what they're doing.
