Tom was very prompt with the callback and the meticulous service; he fixed the previous tech's negligent wiring and tuned my AC to perfection. Nice work!! I will be recommending Tom to all my acquaintances!!

I would definitely recommend New Wave HVAC to anyone with an issue. I spoke with Tom after having a problem with my furnace, he recommended many ideas of common issues. One fixed my problem, he didn't make it to the house before I fixed it and wouldn't let me pay him for his time on the phone. Definitely using him and recommending to all in the future. Honest good and helpful people are hard to find in the suburbs.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - For Business
Not good!! I spoke to Thomas initially - explaining what exactly needed to be done. He said he could fix it and he had the part available with him. Next he showed up - spent more than an hour trying to investigate the problem (which I had already mentioned) and at the end concluded that the problem was what I had initially reported. He did not charge me but took the fault part with him and never ever showed up. He kept me hanging and I will never ever recommend anybody using him ever again.
Response by New Wave Hvac: I went to this customers house and yes he told me what he thought was wrong. He had two contractors here before and both installed the wrong part. My investigating takes time. I found several small issues wrong here. When i did find that the wrong part had been installed, i told this to my customer. wich he replied to me my price for the part was to much and he would find it online cheaper. I called back twice to let him no i had the part. Again was told it was to much he would find it cheaper. As for the part that i took with me it was a old part that was wrong. Never in my twenty two years have left anybody hanging. Tried to help!

Tom was great! I asked what the problem might be and he asked if I had check the furnace filter. I told him I had changed it regularly but that it may have been 2 months since I last changed it. He also mentioned that it could be a couple of other things. Anyway, we scheduled a time for him to come. While waiting for him to arrive I did change the filter. That was my problem. I called Tom immediately and he was gracious and said he'd head to his next appt. I will definitely use him again in the spring to look at my A/C for spring cleaning. Scott - Glen Ellyn, IL

Tom was so nice and came in the middle of the night. His company does not even charge an added service charge for emergency calls. He fixed the furnace in 15mins and even cleaned it out for no extra charge. I will contact him for all heating and cooling needs from now on!
