Jeff was very responsive with my inquiries about the project. He came to our house and performed the work himself. He offered some additional recommendations to further improve the safety and performance of our fireplace, all of which he completed as well that same day. I'd highly recommend Jeff.

My basement leaked when it rained. I called Jeff/Newco Chimney Tradition & asked him to go to my house, look at my chimney & give me a price for a cap. That same day, he went to my house, told me I needed a flue tile (I didnt have one, to secure the cap). My chimney has tar around it & you can see that it needed to be repaired so he gave me a price for all 3. The price was very reasonable (I had other price quotes) & he asked if I he could do it right there since he had time between jobs. I couldnt believe the service. I was so happy. I came home & it was done! 2 days later, Hurricane Sandy hit. He saved my basement!
