A very capable and courteous crew, superb work quality, and very competitive pricing. Newkirk Services completed a 60 foot long rock wall and installed a flagstone patio. Quality workmanship on both.

Jaime Newkirk recently completed a "renovation" of our red brick home's front steps and walkway and it was a pleasure to work not only with him, but his team as well. Worth every penny. Lets start from the beginning. I entered the project details from Home Advisor and received information for the three to recommended vendors. All three contacted me, but Jaime was the first to respond and the first to come out and look at our property. We knew we wanted to begin the project in short order, so I texted him photos of the steps and walkway as they were - and of what we were hoping they would look like after the project was completed and he came out to see the property right away. He took measurements, was knowledgeable about the factors that needed to be considered (elevation, water drainage impact, etc.) and sent us a quote promptly. The other contractors/ competitors responded in a timely fashion as well - but were slower to come out AND their quotes were close to TWICE as we much as what Jaime provided. Given this, I was a little skeptical about going with Newkirk Services (how could they be so much cheaper), but I went with my gut and relied up his excellent HomeAdvisor reviews and I was not disappointed. His team began work in short order, were extremely polite and professional, and were very hard working (they worked through some pretty cold weather and smiled the entire time). But here is the most impressive part, if there was ever something I had a question about or thought might look better done another way - they accommodated me and made the change without complaint. When the work was done, I noticed two chipped pieces of stone and Jaime had them removed and replaced without batting an eyelash. He said "I am not going to bill you until you're happy with the work" instead of some sort of ridiculous answer that another contractor might have given like "It's stone, there are going to be imperfections, etc." because the work was already completed. We will be calling on Jaime and his team again for other projects. The finished product looks amazing and really adds value to our house.

Jamie responded to my call promptly, set up an estimate immediately, explained how the work was going to be done, scheduled the work, and followed through. It is rare in my experience owning and managing properties, for all of those steps to be present and satisfactory. His crew was very experienced and hardworking, polite, and did an excellent job.

They were very attentive to our schedule and time. Offered cost saving suggestions for our patio which is always nice to hear and they stayed in constant communication about the project. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
