Project: Service a Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System
Service technician Wes Pair immediately found the sprinkler control valves, and fit me in to his busy schedule. He was efficient, timely and did a professional job in repairing and checking out the rest of my multiple sprinkler heads and corrected areas of coverage and reset the proper timer for water spray. I will save $$$ by not overwatering. Excellent experience with this individual. Thank you

The only thing that we had an issue with was he came in to say that he was here, but never did let us know that he left when he was finished. So, my wife was waiting around for him to leave and didn't even know.

Nick was responsive via phone and e-mail and they did the service quickly. bill (invoice) could be more professional--would like to have a receipt that shows they did this work and if something went wrong (e.g., pipe breaks because the sprinkler blow out wasn't done completely), they'd fix it.

My only complaint is they arrived late for both appointments. As far as quality of work, I think it is great but haven't completed the job yet. Stage two has not started.
