Jason originally came out to our house because of a potential mold problem. That ended up not being an issue, but he actually caught a leak in our master bedroom ceiling that we had completely missed. Jason was incredibly honest about our options and wasn't just trying to make money off of us like most other companies do. He helped us figure out the source of the leak, gave us all our options along the way, and told us what we could do to resolve the problem while saving the most money. Him and Julie are the nicest, most honest people. I wish more companies would operate the way they do. I highly recommend Niteowl!

Jason arrived at 3 a.m. He stopped the leak in the upstairs bathroom, cut a hole in the ceiling downstairs, brought in 4 heavy duty fans and a dehumidifier. When he came by 2 days later, he repaired my toilet. The next day he picked up the equipment. Juli was a real sweetheart on the phone when I first called. She came with Jason the 2nd time. Both are very professional. Jason did a good job and we will use them again.

I had such a great experience with this company and would VERY HIGHLY recommend them to everyone! Juliana answered the phone in my moment of hysterical panic after I found mold in my sons restroom after a water leak (my kids are very highly allergic and were having severe wheezing) in the middle of the night, while many 24/7 companies took messages for callback (which I still yet to receive a call back from...4 days later). She was so very sweet, honest and helpful. She had every chance to sell me on services I didn't need, but instead helped me to know exactly what to do and how to do it myself immediately. She assured me that this wasn't as bad as I was fearing, that is was easily fixable and I am so thankful she was right. They were in the middle of a late job so she offered to come out the next day to take a look and give an estimate for work needed. They (her and her husband , Jason-the owners) were the absolute nicest people. They went so out of their way for me and we were blown away with their hearts to help. They made made no money off of me this time (no services were needed after all), making every effort to help me in my time of need with complete honesty, educating me on what exactly was going on but I can assure you that they will be the FIRST & ONLY CALL that I will make when/if I (or anyone I know) need services. Honest and selfless people running a company is what makes the world of a difference. Thank you, NiteOwl! We are so thankful for you guys, your honesty and your desire to help.

Project: Remove Unwanted Water
Juli & Jason are awesome. We had 2 water leaks. NiteOwl came in and dried it out and they followed through with all of the repairs just like they said they would. The price was excellent and so was the work. They are friendly and easy to work with. The quality of the supplies & products that they use are premium. I will definitely recommend them to friends & family. Thanks NiteOwl.

Bar none, Niteowl Restoration have been the most reliable, hardworking and professional repair business that I have ever worked with in my many years of being a homeowner. My husband and I will most definitely be using them again!

They were on time, they did what they said they would do. They did a great job. They worked long hours to get the job done on time. They were very respectful, we felt comfortable with them in my home.

They replaced everything that had been damaged by the fire and cleaned up the walls. They also installed an ozone machine that would help eliminate the smell. Very pleased with their work.

We had 3 water leaks, and Julie and Jason kept me sane throughout the process. The work was done very well and at a very good price. This was for our rental property, and we're 60 miles away, and they were very trustworthy; they sent me photos, kept me informed the entire time. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
