We decided to completely renovate our kitchen and had the privilege of having it designed by one of the best Interior Designers in California. Because our cabinets and tiles are very high end, we needed to hire a construction company that received good reviews in cabinet and tile installation and was located in our community. Noah Construction received excellent reviews. There were many customers who were satisfied with the company's expertise in remodeling kitchens. We were impressed that the owners truly valued their customers' feedback, which is a sign of a company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Sergio met with our Interior Designer before the installation. Our designer knew immediately that Sergio was an expert in cabinet installations just from going over the plans with him. Sergio also cleaned up after he completed the work, which we admired very much. We recommend Noah Construction to anyone who needs a professional installation of kitchen cabinets and tiles. They also offer fair pricing.

Noah Construction did a job that no one else wanted to do. Nomi did the initial contact and listened to what I needed and followed through with excellent work. They showed up on time and did the job to my satisfaction.

The job was a small Master Bath 5.5 X 8. Their price included all the labor, a new Panasonic exhaust and heater, upgraded electrical, drywall, insulation, hot mop, cement for shower base, small new vinyl window and new wood sill, paint & base boards all included. Plus we got a free frameless shower wall and door on end of year special I think it was. I had to acquire and pay for the tile, vanity, toilet and all the plumbing valves and fixtures and anything extra that I wanted in the bathroom. When I had trouble finding the tile the contractor did find and purchase it for me, I had to suggest find and buy the accent tiles that made all the difference in the way the shower and vanity looks. The quality of most that was done, was very good. But I the homeowner had to supervise the crews as we only saw the main contractor maybe 5 times total when they needed checks or when I insisted they come up to clean up the trash. I found myself constantly texting the contractor about things she should have been overseeing. Plus the subs were not careful with our new light color carpet and when they were done we had to hire a professional to get out the dirt, tar and rubber sole marks out. I had problems with two of the sub contractors and with the "designer" who we seemed to have a communication problem with. She kept saying the bathroom would be to code and my husband had asked that it be stripped to the studs, which they initially did not do until we forced the issue. We initially failed the electrical inspection because the electrician did not feel like finishing all his work until later. I had to take photos to show the inspector before they closed up the walls, and at the final the inspector insisted that a brace be put on the glass shower wall. The contractor's excuse was that it was not the code in LA. The shower door leaked due to not being installed right and the glass guy had to be called back out again, and had to come out a final time to install the stupid brushed nickel brace for the wall. The major problem I had was the tile guy allowed his worker to put in a tile floor that was not level so that my vanity could not stand on all 4 feet without wobbling, and the glass guy by the time he put in the brace for the side glass wall the fixture that matched the rest of the fixtures "antique bronze" was no longer available only brushed nickel which looks stupid. We paid him extra to put in a vanity to ceiling, wall to wall mirror and he gouged my perfect painted walls and argued that he didn't do it. The main contractor Noah Const did force him to fix what he messed up. They also got the tile guy to agree to come back and level the floor under the vanity. We declined to allow him back in the house for fear he would mess something else up. We were done. The contractors' main labor guy who did most of the labor made the vanity level with wood blocks under the feet and fastened it to the wall. I have noticed that over all I probably as a novice could have done the same average job the tile guy did. I would only recommend half of the contractors crew they were very good. The glass and tile guys messed up what could have been a perfect bathroom. With my illness I don't have the energy to put up with any more construction. So I will have to come to some sort of monetary settlement with the tile guy. When I asked the contractor for a monetary settlement she asked what that meant. I think that's why we had a communication problem. Language barrier.
Response by Noah Construction & Design, Inc.: First of all, thank you for the feedback. We are very sorry to read what was written. Noah Construction was fantastic! Nomi Hazan, the contractor, brought a designer's eye to the project, offering great suggestions along the way but always deferring to my decisions. Her crew was professional and courteous, and their daily clean-up was outstanding. The finished product is breathtaking - I couldn't be happier. I have a feeling I'll be working with Nomi and Noah Construction again in the future.
