The attitude in resolving the issues with the cleaning I feel is complete denial. This is not how you run a business. Very unprofessional!

Response by Nobility Services, LLC: Nobility Services did everything that was asked in a timely and efficient manner. The services were explained prior to our agreement and agreed upon. Changing the rules after the job is complete then demanding that we accept these changes is not right. Nobility Services' stands behind our work and have many satisfied customers. I am sorry that you are unhappy.

I bought a gift certificate for three cleanings for a xmas gift. Nobility was very professional on the phone, gave a detailed explanation as to what was available, and offered a discount for the holidays which helped me considerably. My family member is very happy with the gift and will call on Nobility shortly to start the cleaning. Thanks to Nobility for being so great and helping me through this process.
