He did a very good job. But after he left we found a few spots where he should have cleaned up some drips on the molding. he should check his work before he leaves.

Really nice guy and very appropriate. Only reason for a score less than 5 was he left parts of my fence left unstained and uneven. He was suppose to come back and do "touch-ups" but weather never cooperated.

We were very impressed with Doug's professionalism and the time and quality it took him to do the job. Very satisfied and well worth the price. Doug did exactly what he said he'd do. He took his time and made sure he covered every square inch of my declared. It's absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much Doug! We will definitely. Be using your company again!

I would highly recommend Norris Wake based on my experience with Doug. He was professional and a pleasure to work with on our deck re-staining project. Our house is a floating home (near the LaFollette/Speedwell area) and it brought unique challenges to this job. Doug didn't miss a beat and was equipped to deal with reaching even the most difficult angles near the water. He was accommodating to our schedule and did a good job communicating his progress along the way. We are very pleased with the finished product, which brought our worn deck back to looking bright and new again. He made this process easy for us, with a top-notch result!
