multiple people were involved in talks w/ the cleaning company, due to logistics... I am in N.H., owners of house staying in Fla., relative that gave access to the house lives in L.I.N.Y. everything went smoothly, very nice people in the office on the phone too.

They came in, gave a quote, did the job in a prompt and timely manner, explained everything in detail they found, cleaned up and left everything professionally done. I never had such prompt and efficient service. They in turn submitted a formal proposal to my insurance company with a 48 hr, turnaround. They were amazing.

I can not express just how pleased with were with North American Cleaning Service. From the courtesy and concern of the person calling from their office to our interactions with the two men, Mike and Gary, we could not have been in better hands. We have our own small business and are very aware of the importance of good customer service. These two gentlemen were the epitome of great service. The job was completed in a timely fashion and our basement looked as though nothing had ever happened.
