I would definitely hire Bill North for any of HVAC needs and would refer friends. We had an old floor heater in a ground floor apt. with a crawl space. bill was able to install a much more efficient unit , put heat vents in all of the rooms (while people were living in this small space). Price was more reasonable than others we had asked for a quote. Work was done quickly, efficiently, good workmanship and excellent clean up after the job! very satisified

Bill was very accommodating for our city situation. He installed a high efficiency furnace which required new venting & draining. After trying one solution we found a better one so he changed it pleasantly & without a big increase in his estimate.

I had a 1932 gas floor furnace with ceramic heating elements that emitted a funky smell each time I started it. Two other furnace companies had never seen this type of furnace and wanted to sell me on a new system. I called Bill & emailed him some photos of the unit. He's been in the business for so long, he had actually worked on these units a few times in the past. He diagnosed by phone that it needed a thorough vacuming, did that & gave me lots of other good info on use & maintanance. He recommended I get PG&E here to do a free carbon monoxide test, which 1 of the other companies had offered to do for $300+. HONEST & EXPERIENCED

Bill and his assistant installed our new furnace in one day. They also resealed and insulated the ducts, everything for a very fair price. Bill knows furnaces. Would highly recommend him

He came over and fixed our problem fast and efficiently. He was on time, clean and pleasant to have in our home. I would recommend him to anyone who needs service or new equipment. AAA++ Very reasonable cost as well. The complete package!
