Honest, Fair, and Friendly customer service. Explained clearly nature of the problem and presented it in layman terms. I feel with both the customer service, the care and craftmanship, and the execeptional customer service...it was the first time in years I felt I got more than my money's worth!

I love the excellent service and quality of the work done to replace my furnace and central air conditioner. Tim, the owner, contacted me within minutes of submitting my ServiceMagic request. He quoted me prices for several types of furnaces and air conditioners, but didn't pressure me to buy more expensive units than I needed. The price was much less than what I was quoted by a larger company. Tim worked around my schedule so I never had to take time off work. He did an excellent job with the installation, and even did extra things like moving a pipe to make the area look nicer. I recommend recommend this company without any hesitation

They did a great clean job that even looks good. Take care of unexpected extras without price increase. Overall I got an excellent value for my investment. The job took a bit longer time but with understandable reasons. I would recommend NPHC to anyone with no reservations.

The heat of the recent days DID stop our Trane, but Tim responded as quickly as he could to our call. We placed the request late at night, and he was done by the next morning! We couldn't believe the service was so prompt, and the price was even better. When so many people are in need of service he could have asked for MUCH higher, and made us wait longer. He was extremely considerate and thorough, and dedicated to serving his customer.
